The Service & Maintenance Package includes a wide variety of support aimed at guiding you through the most basic of tasks and these include telephone, remote assistance, e-mail support and on-site service during office hours. The technician endeavours to respond to all callouts required with a 48 hour period, but most importantly is the added reassurance of yearly scheduled checks on your computer(s) as a preventative measure.
Initial Inspection & Cleanup
IT8 will provide you with an initial inspection on all of your PC’s and then will perform a clean-up operation on your PC Hardware & Operating System (including Virus & Spyware).
On-Site Service
Within 24 hours On-site Service includes, from the date the contract begins, a support service designed to assist in giving you peace of mind. Should the system develop a fault, IT8 can place a service technician at the customer’s location within 48 hours (Monday-Friday from 10.00a.m till 5.30p.m).
Labour
When your system develops a fault IT8 will come and fix it with no labour cost to you.
On-site Consultation
Should you decide to upgrade an existing system or network then we can a arrange someone to call at no cost to yourself to give you professional advice with regards to your requirements.
Access to Telephone Support
The helpline is available Monday-Friday from 10.00a.m till 5.30p.m excluding public holidays.
